SPECIFICATION:
Machinery and devices in which the operator is responsible
for certain manual operations. Once the operator
has exited the security barrier, he or she then
activates, either by foot-pedal or push-button switch,
the automatic movement of the system.
In relation to applications of this type, special
care and attention is dedicated not just to the
process but also to the: · Design and
manufacture of protectors and barriers, in order
to ensure maximum safety levels for the machine
operator;
· Ergonomics of the workstation in relation
to the manual operations to be performed, evaluating
all the possible positions that may be assumed
by the operators, their body movements and physical
strength
Semi-automatic systems can be manufactured with
special seating or on a mechanical base.
