SPECIFICATION:
Cam-operated modular machinery and mechanical
devices that allow for safe, rapid processing
with fully tested movements. The components
are simple to understand and easily accessible,
and do not require maintenance.
The different frames incorporate the following
common elements:
· Vertical cast-iron
supports
· Horizontal mounting
plates with rectified-steel tools
· Upper and lower
cam-shafts

The frames are modular, and up to a total of 9 bays
can be positioned next to each other.
· Carousel
The carousel features a screw-fixed pre-tensioned
steel belt that rotates around the central part
of the machinery and to which the toolholder is
attached.
· Walking beam
The walking beam features a mechanical translation
mechanism that allows for the movement and indexing
of pallets (or of individual items).
· Light carousel
The light carousel is a piece of equipment that
features a plinth and a pallet indexing system,
making it ideal for specific processing and assembly
operations. Tools can be supplied as per the client's
specific requirements.
