SPECIFICATION:
Mechanical base with rotary table. The base
unit is fully mechanically operated. A single
electric motor controls the movements of the
tooling table, the camshaft for vertical travel,
the arm-holder turret and the oscillator that
controls the movement of the arms.
The plinth is electro-welded, while the table
is made from nickel-plated steel and the tooling
plate from aluminium.

The base unit can reach a processing rate
of over 70 cycles per minute, and can be fully
customised by O.T.S. with an extensive range
of tools to meet specific requirements.
The mechanical solution guarantees that the
sychronism delivers long-lasting performance.
