to the Customer, O.T.S. guarantees a period of training,
proportional to the complexity of the appliances,
addressed to technicians and operating staff.
The activity on the installation is promoted and
simplified thanks to the care with which the is
handbook for the use and upkeep compiled.
The drafting of this document represents a fundamental
check of the application of methodologies and principles
of modern and rational planning for a functional
resistant and efficient output.
Besides the 12 months’ warranty, O.T.S. guarantees
a mechanical electrical and electronic service of
high professionalism within intervention time proportional
to the distance of the place of installation.
O.T.S. technicians can be contacted at anytime during
working hours, by telephone or email and are at
the Customer’s disposal for explanations and
suggestions.
